Step 1

Clean the prawns well.

Step 2

Marinate it with lemon juice, salt and chilly powder. Keep aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 4

Fry onions, tomato and capsicum.

Step 5

Add marinated prawns, coriander powder, turmeric and garam masala.

Step 6

Add salt, if required.

Step 7

Allow it to cook for 20 mins on low flame.

Step 8

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Really good..But I would just like to know how much lemon juice to add for the marination and for how long should we keep it marinated?
