Step 1

For preparing prawns in dry masala, marinate the prawns in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt for 2 hours.

Step 2

Fry the prawns in olive oil till it becomes light brown.

Step 3

Heat the remaining oil in a vessel. Add a little more oil if required.

Step 4

Fry the onions with salt till it becomes transparent.

Step 5

Add in the ginger-garlic paste and sautT well.

Step 6

Then add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, meat masala powder and pepper powder.

Step 7

Toss in the tomatoes and fry till the oil separates.

Step 8

Put in the fried prawns and curry leaves. SautT it well on low flame for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 a cup of water and close the vessel. Allow it to cook.

Step 9

Then add in the coriander leaves and mint leaves.

Step 10

Pour in the curd and mix well. Allow it to simmer for 1 minute and remove it from the flame.

Step 11

Prawn in dry masala is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, porotta, dosa, etc.
