Outstanding recipe.....the whole family loved it. Very easy to make, but very tasty too. I took suggestions from fellow commenters and added a pinch of garam masala powder, some lemon juice and a dash of pepper. Looking to show off my culinary skills to guests by cooking this recipe. Thank you for this fantastic recipe.

This receipe is excellent and well Descriptionibed to it`s exact detail. Though I`m a Maharastrian now settled in California, I experiment with various food styles and Kerala style food is my fondest. This recipe stands out from the rest and it has a sumptuous taste and that taste lingers forever in the mouth. The aroma of the dish is mouth-watering and the dish is appetizing. Please post more tasty recipes like this and give the world an insight into the secrets of your culinary techniques...excellent receipe.
