Step 1

For preparing prawns parcel, mince the fried prawns.

Step 2

Saute the onion, ginger and curry leaves in oil.

Step 3

Add pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.

Step 4

Add minced prawns and coriander leaves. Remove from fire. The stuffing is ready.

Step 5

Take a handful of the flour, add beetroot juice or red color and salt to it and knead it well.

Step 6

Roll it into a circle and cut it into thin ribbons.

Step 7

Knead the remaining flour into a smooth dough.

Step 8

Take lemon sized balls and roll it into thin circles.

Step 9

Stuff it with the prawns masala and fold it into square shapes.

Step 10

Paste the ribbons on it (using a drop of water if necessary) to give it a parcel like look.

Step 11

Fry in oil until it turns golden brown.
