Step 1

For preparing prawns roll, first mince the prawns in a grater and keep aside.

Step 2

Next, steam the bread slices after removing the bread crusts and keep aside.

Step 3

Take a pan and pour little oil. Add crushed garlic and fry for a while.

Step 4

Add finely chopped onion, pepper powder, soya sauce and saute for sometime.

Step 5

Add minced prawns, coriander leaves, required salt and mix well.

Step 6

Take a steamed bread, place prawn filling in the center and roll lengthwise. Press and paste the ends. Repeat making prawns roll with the remaining bread slices.

Step 7

Take a frying pan and heat required oil for frying. Deep fry the prawns roll in hot oil until golden in color.

Step 8

Yummy prawns roll is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
