Directions

Step 1

Marinate the prawns in Sherry and sugar mixture for 30 minutes.
: - this makes the prawns crisp while frying.

Step 2

Heat oil in a wok till smoking. Add garlic, ginger and chillies and stir fry quickly.

Step 3

Add the prawns and stir fry till the pink colour changes to opaque.

Step 4

Stir in Snow Peas and cook till crisp and tender.

Step 5

Add soya sauce and check for seasoning.

Step 6

:- Prawns Stir Fried with Snow Peas is ready!!!
:- Serve the Prawns Stir Fried with Snow Peas with steamed rice!!!
