For preparing prawns in coconut gravy, blend the tomatoes till it becomes a fine paste.
Heat oil and butter in a saucepan. SautT the garlic and onion for 5 minutes on low flame.
Add in the tomatoes, crushed pepper corns and salt. Allow it to cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
Toss in the prawns and cook until shrimps are ready and the gravy is becomes thick.
Pour in the coconut milk and add in the coriander leaves. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
Prawns in coconut gravy. Serve with ghee rice.
