For preparing prawns with cashew, first marinate prawns with curd, required salt and pepper powder for a few minutes. Keep this aside.
Grind together cashew nuts, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and coriander leaves to a fine paste. Keep the ground cashew paste aside.
Take a flat bottomed pan and heat fresh butter. Add maida and roast in low fire. Add milk and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.
Add previously ground cashew paste. Saute for a few seconds and remove pan from fire.
Take another pan and heat oil. Add crushed garlic, sliced shallots and green chillies. Saute till shallots are golden in color.
Add cashew mixture and saute till oil accumulates on top.
Add marinated prawns and cook in low fire till prawns are done.
Yummy prawns with cashew is ready and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
