Add gelatin to 6 tbsp of water and mix it well.
:- Water can be cold or hot - better to follow the instructions given on the gelatin packet.
Add milk and sugar.
Boil it slowly by stirring, until small bubbles comes out.
:- Never allow the milk to boil vigorously.
Switch off the heat and add gelatin prepared.
Mix well and allow to cool well.
:- Place the bowl over ice - that helps to set.
Add vanilla essence.
Beat the fresh cream, until frothy and add it to the mixture.
Pour the pudding mixture into the pudding bowl.
Keep it in the freezer for 10 mins.
Take it out and place it in the lower shelf of the refrigerator.
:- The success of pudding lies in the correct quantity of components.
