Step 1

Grind together mint leaves, grated coconut, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, shallots and curry leaves.

Step 2

Add lime juice and required salt to the ground mixture. Mix well.

Step 3

Pudina chutney, an apt side dish for biriyani, is ready.
