Step 1

For preparing quail fry recipe, first mix together the ingredients for marinade: chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, garlic and required salt.

Step 2

Apply the marinade on the washed and drained quails.

Step 3

Marinate quails for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Heat oil in a frying pan and dip in curry sprigs. Place the marinated quails on top and deep fry to a golden brown color.

Step 5

Quail fry recipe, a tasty and nutritious recipe, is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
