Step 1

For preparing quick egg cutlets, pressure cook the potatoes in salt water. Drain the water.

Step 2

Smash the potatoes using the back of a fork.

Step 3

In a bowl mix in grated eggs, mashed potatoes, garam masala, pepper powder and salt.

Step 4

Make small lemon size balls and flatten it a bit in your palms. Keep it aside.

Step 5

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cutlets till it becomes golden brown in colour.

Step 6

Quick egg cutlets are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
