Directions

Step 1

For preparing quick fried rice, heat oil in a pan and sautT in the spring onions.

Step 2

Then add in the cooked basmati rice and sautT it for 2 minutes on low flame.

Step 3

Add in soya sauce, vinegar and salt.

Step 4

Toss it on high flame for 1 minute.

Step 5

Quick basmati rice is ready. Serve hot with chicken curry, vegetable curry, etc.
