In a pan add water, pumpkin, salt and turmeric, and boil
grind the coconut, green chilli and red chilli and make fine paste
add the coconut paste into boiled pumpkin and mix well and allow to boil for 5 mins
now add curd and mix well and allow to boil it
In a sauce pan heat the oil and add mustard seed, broken black gram and curry leaves and put it in pumpkin koottu
pumpkin koottu is ready to serve. serve with rice
It is very tasty and different type of payasam and easy to cook with in 30 mins
