Peel the vegetables and cut into cubes.
In a Pressure cooker add carrot, beetroot, potato, onion, green chilli , jeera, salt and add some water and leave 2 whistle.
Once the all vegetables got boiled, take from water and grind it.
In a sauce pan add ghee and chopped garlic and sauté it.
Add now that vegetable mixers and water as needed.
Then add now sugar and salt ( if needed).
now add milk and allow to boil for 10 min.
Once Soup got boiled add corn or bread .
Transfer into soup bowl and serve hot
