Step 1

For preparing rabbit spicy fry, roast coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds and dry red chillies on low flame till it turns light brown.

Step 2

Grind it to a fine powder and put it in a pressure cooker.

Step 3

Blend tomatoes, onions, shallots and green chillies to a fine paste. Pour it in the pressure cooker.

Step 4

In the same pressure cooker, add in rabbit, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Mix it well.

Step 5

Pressure cook it till the rabbit cooks.

Step 6

Open the lid and allow it to boil till all the water evaporates.

Step 7

Add in the coriander leaves, coconut oil and lime juice. Mix well and allow the rabbit gravy to become dry.

Step 8

Rabbit spicy fry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, porotta, bread, etc.
