Step 1

For preparing radish beetroot cutlet, cook the radish and potatoes in salt water. Pressure cook it till it is done and drain the water out.

Step 2

In a bowl mash the potatoes, beetroot and radish with the back of the fork.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, ginger, green chillies, garam masala, curry leaves, coriander leaves, chilly powder and pepper powder. Stir in previously mashed potato mixture. Fry well and mix.

Step 4

Take a little of the mixture and make it in a cutlet shape.

Step 5

Dip each cutlet in egg and then in bread crumbs.

Step 6

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both the sides till it becomes brown in colour.

Step 7

Radish beetroot cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
