Step 1

For preparing radish dosa, soak boiled and raw rice in water for 7 hours.

Step 2

Grind the soaked boiled rice and raw rice to a fine paste. Pour it in a bowl.

Step 3

Add in grated radish, shallots, green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Mix well.

Step 4

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and splutter mustard seeds.

Step 5

Toss it in the radish batter and mix it well.

Step 6

Heat a dosa frying pan. Using a ladle pour the radish batter on the hot pan and spread it in circles.

Step 7

Cook it for 2 minutes on both the sides on low flame. Drizzle a little oil around the dosa¦s.

Step 8

Radish dosa¦s are ready. Serve immediately with chutney.
