Step 1

For preparing radish gojju, grind radish, split bengal gram, tomatoes, coconut, green chilies, turmeric powder, tamarind, coriander leaves, 1 red chilly and salt with some water.

Step 2

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds, mustard seeds, 1 red chilly and the paste made above for 2 minutes by stirring continuously.

Step 3

Garnish with curry leaves.

Step 4

Radish gojju is ready. Serve hot.
