Step 1

For preparing radish sauce, blend the radish till it is crushed well.

Step 2

Add vinegar and sugar. Blend it again for 30 seconds. Put it in a container and chill it.

Step 3

Radish sauce is ready. Serve as an accompaniment.


You start off saying salt and end up saying sugar. Which is it?
