For preparing ragi almond ladoo, in a bowl add in grated coconut, almonds powder, cardamom powder, ragi powder, salt and powdered sugar.
Heat ghee in a vessel and roast the raisins. Remove it and put it in the above powder. 3)In the same ghee roast the cashew nuts till it becomes light brown, remove it and add it in the above powder.
Pour in the remaining ghee into the ragi mixture and mix it well.
Make lemon size balls out of the mixture wetting your hands a bit.
Ragi almond ladoo¦s are ready.
