  • Ragi / Finger millet 1 cup
    Rice flour 1 cup
    Salt to taste
    Red chili powder 1 tsp
    asafoetida 1 tsp
    white sesame seed 1 tsp
    butter 2 tsp
    Ajwain / omam seed 1 tsp
    water 1 glass
    oil to fry

Make ready of ragi flour, rice flour, salt, red chili powder, sesame seeds, omam/ajwain seed, asafoetida, butter

heat the oil in high flame, Take a murukku maker and fix the ribbon pakoda making plate. take some dough and stuff in the murukku pressure and press it in circular motion and cook it
