In pan add ragi flour and fry for 2 minutes till aroma rise
Now allow to cool and add ghee, sprinkle hot water with little salt
add more water till the flour with wet form . just sprinkle little. because it absorbs more.
Now steam for 10 minutes and allow to cool
Now add powder sugar and mix well
Now add coconut and cardamom powder, mix well
Now make shape of kozhukattai and steam for 5-6 minutes.
