Ingredients

  • Ragi / Finger millet 1 cup
    Rice flour 1 cup
    Salt to taste
    Red chili powder 1 tsp
    asafoetida 1 tsp
    white sesame seed 1 tsp
    Ghee 2 tsp
    Ajwain / omam 1 tsp
    water 1 glass
    oil to fry

make ready of all ingredients, ragi , rice flour, salt, red chili powder, asafoetida, white sesame seed, ghee, omam seeds

in a bowl add all ingredients ragi , rice flour, salt, red chili powder, asafoetida, white sesame seeds, ghee, omam/ajwain

add water and make as a dough

take some from ragi dough and squeeze the murukku using single shaped plate in the press.

heat the oil and cook in high flame but dont burn it
