Ingredients

  • ragi flour 1 cup
    water 1 cup
    salt to taste.

boil water with salt

now just put the 3/4 th of ragi flour in it .

stir it, turn off and cover with lid and allow it to rest for 10 mins.

now add the remaining flour and knead to a soft dough

flatten and spread it like chapatis.
