Preheat oven to 160 c.
In a large bowl mix together flour,raisins, baking powder, soda powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla.
Add the butter mixture to the sieved flour and mix until the ingredients are just combined.:- Do not over beat the batter.
Spoon half the batter into the paper cups.
Place a piece of chocolate chunk in each pan and cover with the remaining batter.:- Fill the paper cups till 3/4 only.
Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until done.

Note:- The chocolate chunk in the center turns gooey when cooked as shown in picture
