Step 1

For preparing rajma paneer cutlet, heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion and salt. Fry well

Step 2

Now add grated paneer. Saute for a minute and add mashed potato and rajma. Combine well. Add pepper powder and lemon juice.

Step 3

Mix the flour in water to make a thin flour water.

Step 4

Make balls out of the rajma mixture and lightly flatten using fingers.

Step 5

Dip in the flour water and roll in bread crums.

Step 6

Heat oil for frying in a pan and deep fry the cutlets till golden brown.

Step 7

Drain excess oil and serve rajma paneer cutlet with any sauce.
