Step 1

For preparing rare pork dry, blend all the ingredients under 'to grind': cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.

Step 2

Add in the onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste. Keep it aside.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato.

Step 4

Then add in the ground masala and sautT for 1 minute on low flame.

Step 5

Toss in the pork and potatoes. Mix it well and allow it to cook on low flame with required water.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves and allow it to simmer till the water evaporates.

Step 7

Rare pork dry is ready. Serve hot.
