Step 1

For preparing rava pulav, slice the vegetables: carrot, beans, potato, cauliflower, cabbage, onion and green chillies into small pieces.

Step 2

Cut coriander leaves finely.

Step 3

Smash ginger and garlic.

Step 4

Steam and cook all the vegetables including green peas (Add a pinch salt)

Step 5

Fry rava in ghee. Add double the quantity of boiling water and cook well adding salt.

Step 6

In another kadai, fry onion, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and ginger. SautT well adding garam masala.

Step 7

To this add steamed vegetables and cooked rava and mix well.

Step 8

Add extra ghee if any and sprinkle coriander leaves.

Step 9

Rava pulav is ready. Serve with any salad as side-dish.
