Step 1

For preparing rava roti, in a bowl mix rava, grated coconut, shallots, green chillies and salt with required water to make a thick paste batter.

Step 2

Heat a dosa frying pan, take a little rava mixture and pat it till it becomes round(do not make it very thin). Drizzle a little oil and fry it on both the sides.

Step 3

Rava roti¦s are ready. Serve hot with chutney.
