Step 1

For preparing raw mango coolant, pressure cook the raw green mangoes in a pressure cooker with a little water. Strain it.

Step 2

Peel the skin and remove the pulpy flesh. Discard the seeds and allow it to cool.

Step 3

Put the pulp in the fridge for 2 hours.

Step 4

Then blend the chilled pulp, caster sugar, salt and green cardamom powder.

Step 5

Slowly pour in required cold water and blend it till smooth.

Step 6

Pour the juice in a glass along with saffron and mix well.

Step 7

Garnish with ice-cubes.

Step 8

Raw mango coolant is ready. Serve chilled.
