Chop the onion into small peaces

In a pressure pan put oil and ghee then allow it to melt.

Add onion and allow it to cook golden brown colour
Once the smell comes out put the mint and coriander leaves and mix well.
Now add salt and all the chopped vegetables and green peas except raw mango and mix well
Now add ginger garlic paste and coconut paste and some water and mix well.
Add rice and water mix well once the raw smell of the paste goes out.
Once the water gets boil put raw mango and mix well and close the cooker and leave 1 whistle
Now raw mango pulav is ready serve.
