Step 1

For preparing rice with veggies and juice, first cook the rice.

Step 2

Heat water in a vessel. Cook the onion and garlic until the onion becomes translucent. Mix frequently.

Step 3

Add in the peas, coconut, cauliflower, ginger, turmeric powder and salt. Allow it to cook till it becomes soft.

Step 4

Once the veggies are cooked add in the cooked rice, orange juice and almond powder. Mix it. Remove from the flame.

Step 5

Smash it immediately using a fork.

Step 6

Rice with veggies and juice is ready.

Note:
1)Almonds are low in saturated fat and contain many other protective nutrients like calcium and magnesium - for strong bones.

Step 8

Contains vitamin E and protects against cardiovascular disease and even cancer
