Step 1

Peel the skin of peechinga, cut into very small pieces.

Step 2

Mix peechinga, onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, grated coconut, curry leaves and salt togther with hand.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and add red chillies.

Step 4

Add the vegetable mix to the pan and cook in a low flame.

Step 5

Serve hot.
