Mince the cleaned prawns with a knife.
Crush the peanuts into small pieces.
Make a thick batter of minced prawns, onion, maida, ajino moto, pepper powder, egg, peanuts and required salt.
Take a wide mouthed pan and pour sufficient oil for frying. Heat the oil.
Pour teaspoons full of batter into the oil and fry till golden in color.
Roasted shrimp balls is ready and serve.
