Finely chop garlic, onion, carrot and green chilli
Boil the aloo and soya chunks and smash it.
In a pan heat the oil and add garlic
Add the chopped onion and fry till it turn into brown,add chopped carrot and green chilli.
Add salt, red chilli poder, garam masala and turmeric powder and mix well.
Add smashed aloo and soya chunks and mix well.Make as ball and shape your choice
In a bowl mix maida, corn flour and water and make as batter and dip in maida batter
Dust with bread crumbs
Put it in boiled oil and fry it . Serve with ketchup or chutney
