Directions

Step 1

For preparing saffron mutton kabab, marinate the paneer and mutton pieces in a mixture of cumin powder, oil, yoghurt, salt, lime juice, garam masala, chilly powder and saffron over night.

Step 2

Pierce the mutton pieces and paneer onto the skewers and barbeque until cooked. Remove it.

Step 3

Saffron mutton kebab¦s are ready. Serve hot as a starter.
