Step 1

For preparing sago seeds payasam, soak sago seeds overnight.

Step 2

Take a pan and heat oil fry cashew nuts and keep it aside.

Step 3

Allow the saggo seeds to boil in water and then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Step 4

Add the whole milk and bring to boil.

Step 5

Now add condensed milk and sugar. Stir well and add the fried cashew nuts.

Step 6

Sago seeds payasam is ready. It is good for health and improves digestion for small kids.
