Rinse the salad greens and herbs. Drain.
Blend dressing ingredients together for two minutes.
Drizzle olive oil a little at a time.
Transfer salad greens with herbs, crumbled blue cheese and raisins to a bowl.
Toss the greens with half of vinaigrette dressing.
Remove the greens to a platter and sprinkle almond flakes on top.
Pass the remaining vinaigrette separately.
