Step 1

For preparing salmon fish and chips, first marinate the potato wedges in pepper powder and salt.

Step 2

Heat oil in a vessel and roast the potatoes until it becomes tender and golden brown.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix in mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, mustard paste and cayenne pepper. Keep this tartar sauce aside.

Step 4

In a plate combine maida, corn flour, required salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Keep this dry mixture aside.

Step 5

Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.

Step 6

Dip the salmon in the above dry mixture and fry the salmon on low flame till done.

Step 7

Pour the lemon juice over the fried salmon fillets.

Step 8

Salmon fish and chips are ready. Serve with potatoes and tartar sauce.
