Step 1

For preparing salmon fish fingers with dipping sauce, dab the salmon fillets with a towel.

Step 2

Marinate the salmon fillets with a mixture of maida, pepper powder and salt adding little water. Keep it aside.

Step 3

In a bowl whisk in egg yolk and mustard sauce.

Step 4

Slowly drizzle in the olive oil whisking it continuously. Add salt if required. Keep it in fridge for 1/2 an hour.

Step 5

In a plate beat the whole egg with a spoon and in another plate spread the bread crumbs.

Step 6

Dip the marinated salmon fillets in the beaten egg and then dip it in bread crumbs. Keep it aside in a plate.

Step 7

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the coated salmon fillets till it becomes golden brown in colour.

Step 8

Remove the sauce from the fridge and mix in the dill.

Step 9

Salmon fish fingers with dipping sauce is ready. Serve the finger fingers with the sauce.
