Step 1

For preparing salmon with rice, take a baking tray, add in salmon, lemon zest, salt and a little water(for the fish to cook). Bake it till the fish cooks.

Step 2

Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add in onion, salt, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Fry for 1 minute in low flame.

Step 3

Add in the basmati rice and 2 cups of water. Allow it to cook in low flame till the rice absorbs the water.

Step 4

Meanwhile flake the salmon with a fork .

Step 5

Once the rice is cooked add the flaked salmon.

Step 6

Garnish with boiled eggs, coriander leaves and lime juice.

Step 7

Salmon with rice is ready. Serve hot.
