Step 1

For preparing samkem barra, roast the fish in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes. When the fish is cooked remove it from the oven.

Step 2

Saute the onions and garlic till golden brown.

Step 3

Add in coriander leaves, red peppers, green peppers and green chillies. Fry it for 5 minutes.

4)Then add in the tahina with lemon juice and stir well. Allow it to heat through.

Step 4

Place the cooked fish on a plate and coat it with the prepared sauce.

Step 5

Garnish with pine nuts.

Step 6

Samkem barra is ready.
