Clean the sardines and make deep gashes on both sides

Mix all the ingredients for the marinate

Coat the fish with the marinade and keep for 15 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and fry the fishes......turning it once after one side is fried well

Step 5

Serve as accompaniment with boiled rice or as it is.

Notes :

Same marinate can be used for frying any fish.
