For preparing saucy chicken fry, first prepare a paste of the ingredients for marinade: chilly powder, coriander, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, lime juice and required salt.
Apply the marinade on the washed and drained chicken pieces. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Heat ghee in a frying pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces to a golden brown color.
Remove the fried chicken pieces from the pan and keep aside.
In the remaining ghee, fry chopped ginger.
Add chopped tomato and saute till tomato is mashed well.
Stir in fried chicken pieces, coriander leaves and tomato sauce. Saute in low flame for a few minutes.
Saucy chicken fry, a yummy mouth watering recipe, is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
