  • Dosa batter - 2 cups
    Schezwan sauce - 1/2 cup
    Ghee/oil - As reqd


Step 1

Heat oil in a tava. Make a dosa with the batter.

Step 2

Roast on both the sides. When its done, spread a layer of sauce and fold it from one end just like a half moon.

Step 3

Dosa is ready. No need of any chutney. Serve hot.
