Directions

Step 1

Mix the chicken with corn flour, egg and a little salt.

Step 2

Deep-fry each piece of chicken separately.

Step 3

When they turn golden brown, drain the excess oil and remove.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan and sautT onions, red chilly and add the fried chicken.

Step 5

Add sugar, Schezwan sauce, tomato sauce and black pepper powder.

Tasty one... but i didnt find maida anywhere in ur preparation method... so i didnt use maida at all and sugar too... nyways.. the outcome was very good.. thank u

for your info...chinese don`t use tomato sauce & ketchup in cooking. it`s only used in take-away outlets in US.
