For preparing Semiya Payasam in Kerala Style, first fry the cashew nuts and raisins in ghee.

Boil the milk in a vessel.

Add sugar and semiya into the boiled milk and stir it well.

Boil the mix further for about 10-15 minutes (stir it occasionally) .
