Fry the Cashew-nuts and raisins in ghee.

When the colour of the cashew-nuts and raisins turns into golden, take it out and keep it aside.

Boil the milk in a vessel.

Add Sugar and Semiya into the boiled milk and stir it well.

Step 5

Boil the mix further for about 10-15 minutes (stir it occasionally) .

When the semiya is cooked well, add the Cardamom powder also into the Payasam and switch off the stove.

The Payasam can be garnished with the fried cashew nuts and raisins and serve it.
