Step 1

Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

Step 2

Add mustard seeds, let it crackle.

Step 3

Add black gram, curry leaves and green chillies and stir.

Step 4

Add onion and saute till it`s pink.

Step 5

Add tomato and moong sprouts, and saute for a few seconds.

Step 6

Add water, lime juice and salt.

Step 7

Add roasted vermicelli to it and cook for 2 - 3 mins to drain excess water.

Step 8

:- Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut.
